To qualify for our litter donation program your rescue/shelter must be classified as a 501c3 charity and able to provide the proper documentation from the IRS stating so.

Through our donation program you will receive a pallet of our Ultra Litter for in shelter use and a pallet of our Cat Attract Litter for distribution to adoptees. We are unable to accommodate substitutions.

To ensure the integrity of our Shelter Donation Program, we ask that products are used solely as outlined. Misuse may result in removal from the program and, if necessary, notification of the appropriate tax authorities. Donated litter must NOT be used for resale!

Donation orders will take approximately 3-4 weeks from the time the order is placed to transit time. Driver will contact via phone 24-48 hours in advance of delivery to arrange an appointment. I understand that delivery will arrive via commercial truck and they can only deliver to a commercial address. Address cannot be changed after request is submitted.
