1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
The Dr. Elsey’s London Pet Show Live Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins on 20 September 2025 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on 30 September 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).
The sponsor of this Giveaway is Dr. Elsey’s, 6210 Clear Creek Parkway, Cheyenne, WY 82007 USA (“Sponsor”).
By participating, each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final in all respects.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to individuals who:
- are 18 years of age or older as of the entry date,
- sign up through the Giveaway entry page during the Promotion Period,
- provide shipping address via email upon selection as winner.
Employees of Dr. Elsey’s, its affiliates, agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
Entries are accepted online from 20 September 2025 at 12:01 AM ET until 30 September 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Entrants must provide their name and email address via the Giveaway landing page. Only one entry per person is allowed. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified.
5. PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:
- Three bags of 40 lb Dr. Elsey’s Ultra Litter (or equivalent mailed product).
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
One (1) winner will be chosen by random drawing within 5 business days after the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified by email, at which time a shipping address will need to be provided to receive the product.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. ODDS
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY (GDPR COMPLIANCE)
- The Data Controller is: Dr. Elsey’s, 6210 Clear Creek Parkway, Cheyenne, WY 82007, USA.
- Personal data collected: name, email address, and address (mandatory for contest administration).
- Purpose of processing: to administer the Giveaway, select and contact the winner, and deliver the prize.
- Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing is necessary for the performance of the contest.
- Marketing consent: Entrants may choose to opt-in separately to receive newsletters and promotions. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time without affecting participation in the Giveaway.
- Data retention: Personal data will be kept only as long as necessary for the Giveaway and deleted within 90 days after prize delivery, unless marketing consent has been given.
- Data rights: Entrants have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or object to processing of their personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Sponsor will not sell, rent, or share entrants’ personal data with third parties, except where necessary for contest administration and prize delivery.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, or issues beyond its control. Participation implies acceptance of these risks.
10. DISPUTES
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
