Throughout their studies, our students’ research has shown that Dr. Elsey’s cleanprotein™ contains similar levels of protein, fats and fiber as their natural prey. Through an animal-based protein diet, felines are less likely to develop oxalate (a chemical compound found in many plant-based foods) buildup and kidney disease. A higher protein diet will also slow the aging process and support muscle mass and joint health.
